2：IE证书的密码，如果累计输入错误六次，就会锁住密码，这时如果客户证书有备份，则重新导入即可，否则需要到全国任意网点申请补办证书。

3：转账交易需要输入账户的支付密码，一天内累计输错三次就会锁住账户，客户需要凭本人身份证到开户网点解锁或重设密码。

以你现在所说的情况应该只是K宝密码被锁了，到全国任意农行网点申请补办证书，银行工作人员会重新打印新的密码信封给你（即所说的两码），然后重新下载证书就OK了，补办证书会收取一定的手续费。。。
